Completed Application Form and Fee

Applications are due on or before February 1, 2009, and must include the nonrefundable $75 fee, consent form (if your child will be enrolled in a school program at any time during the 2008-2009 school year), and Prospective Parent Questionnaire.

Parent Tour and Interview

Once you have submitted your completed application forms and fee, please call to schedule an interview. Please call the Admissions Assistant at 773.572.1237 to reserve a time. Parents also participate in a brief parent meeting during their child's scheduled school visit.

School Visit

All applicants will have a scheduled school visit, which will take place in one of our junior kindergarten classrooms during regular morning classroom time. These visits enable our staff to observe how each child ineracts in a group setting, and can provide insights about a young child's readiness for school and potential for success at the Day School. Applicants will be notified of a visit date at least two weeks prior to the scheduled time.

Additional Documentation

Please provide the Day School with an original of your child's birth certificate (all grades; we will make a copy and return the original to you). Parents are asked to bring birth certificates on the day of their scheduled school visits.

Financial Aid

Families will be able to apply for financial aid online using a direct link on our website. All financial aid documentation must be received by February 1, 2009.
