Jewish Life and Learning

To Learn, To Value, To Do!

ללמוד, להעריך, לעשות

In its approach to Jewish life and learning, the Bernard Zell Anshe Emet Day School seeks to do more than provide Jewish education to our students. We strive to stimulate, enhance, and engage the cultural and spiritual life of our students inside and outside the classroom. We support this growth with the relationships we develop and with the learning and the experiences which take place each day in our school community.

stimulating, enhancing, and engaging the cultural and spiritual life of our students

We ask ourselves three questions as we build, review and renew our program:
  • What do we want students to learn?

  • What do we want students to value?

  • As a result of what they have learned and come to value, what do we want students to do?

It is the Day School's goal to provide its students with the tools, and to foster within them the interest, that will encourage them to pursue their Jewish learning and their communal involvement after graduation, leading to a fulfilling Jewish life.
