Physical Education

During weekly physical education classes, Nursery and Junior Kindergarten students develop gross motor skills, as well as their hand-eye and foot-eye coordination. In both indoor activitis in the gym, and outdoor activities on our beautiful field an playground, physical education time provides opportunities for students to work together as a team and to learn about good sportsmanship.

Scooters, t-ball, field hocky, relay races, Red Light-Green Light, yoga, stretching, dribbling, and kicking balls are just some of the activities that help build these important skills.

Junior Kindergarten students also participate in a Fitness, Fun, and Games class designed to augment the physical education program.
