2010-2011 Application & Forms

Applicants have three options to submit an application for admission:

1. "Apply online (preferred method) for the 2010-2011 school year via our easy online application process."

2.  Download and print the complete application packet.
   Please note that you will also need to print the common recommendation form(s), listed below, corresponding to the grade to which you are applying.

3. Contact the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid to request an application packet be mailed to you.

RECOMMENDATION FORMS: 

Nursery & Junior Kindergarten
Senior Kindergarten & Grade 1
Grades 2-5: Principal Form AND Teacher Form
Grades 6 & 7: Principal Form AND English Teacher Form AND Math Teacher Form

NOTE REGARDING RECOMMENDATION FORMS: Please give the appropriate form(s) to your child's current school after December 15, 2009. Once completed, the confidential form(s) should be mailed directly to the Day School by the current school.

Application Deadlines:

Nursery & Junior Kindergarten: December 15, 2009
Senior Kindergarten through Grade Seven: Encouraged by February 1, 2010, though applications will continue to be accepted if space allows.

Notification Dates:
Nursery: February 5, 2010
Junior Kindergarten: March 17, 2010
